Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of the designs.Analyze user behavior and feedback to make iterative improvements to the product's user interface and experience.Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and modern design ideas to the team.Design intuitive interfaces that align with business goals while creating enjoyable user experiences.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role.Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills, with a focus on responsive and adaptive designs.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Experience with user research methods, A/B testing, and data-driven design.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for designers who work closely with developers).
Experience Requirements
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
